The Institute of Microelectronics of Barcelona (IMB-CNM, CSIC) is the largest institute in Spain dedicated to the research and development of Micro and Nano Technology (MNTs) and microsystems and with unique capacities of silicon technology. It belongs to the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) since its foundation in 1985.

Micro and Nanofabrication Clean Room

CSIC is the proud owner of the latest generation Tempress TS Series V thermal equipment, installed in the IMB-CNM Clean Room. Ranging from multiple Atmospheric as well as state of the art LPCVD processes, they are ready for the future of thermal wafer processing.
